Breaking News: President Jammeh Gives $30,000.00 to Vivian Chidid

Breaking News President Jammeh gives $30,000.00 to Senegal’s Vivian Ndour

By Ebrima G. Sankareh, Editor-In-Chief

When Senegalese Mbalax singer Vivian Chidid, the divorcee to Senegalese mega star Youssou Ndour’s brother, Bouba Ndour, visited The Gambia two weeks ago, she was all over the state media. She even paid a courtesy call on the Gambian leader, Yahya Jammeh.

During her courtesy visit to the presidential Palace on December 8, the Gambian President Yahya Jammeh praised Vivian for her musical skills and she too thanked the Gambian leader for his leadership and foresight.

Beneath the façade of the fancy headlines on the President’s national stenographer-the Gambian Daily Observer is the rude reality of a romantic relationship that has now reached fever pitch. The Gambia Echo can report with unimpeachable evidence that Gambian President Yahya Jammeh, presented to Vivian Ndour $30,000.00 (thirty thousand US dollars) cash, sealed in a brown envelope the night previous to the State House visit.

It can be recalled that two years ago, The Gambia Echo based on tips from the foreign Ministry, ran a story alleging a romantic link between Vivian who was then married to Bouba Ndour. That marriage has since ended and the charismatic Mbalax star is a now single woman and no doubt, the chemistry between her and Gambia’s libidinous leader Alhaji Chachi Jammeh intensifies.

President Jammeh poses with Ouza, daughter Adji Ouza and wife Coumba Sidibeh.

On hearing Vivian’s fortunes, Senegal’s radical musician, Ouza ran to Banjul with wife and daughter to get his share of the booty. Surprisingly, while Ouza and family photos are still on the State House website: www.statehouse.gm, Vivian’s story has been miraculously pulled off.

Editor's Note: Later tonight, we will begin unraveling the missing millions between Jammeh and Lamin Sabi Sanyang. We have received the damning details of the corruption web via international courier.

Dr Fox says...

Extreme justice is an extreme injury: for we ought not to approve of those terrible laws that make the smallest offences capital, nor of that opinion of the Stoics that makes all crimes equal; as if there were no difference to be made between the killing (of) a man and the taking (of) his purse, between which, if we examine things impartially, there is no likeness nor proportion .~ Sir Thomas More in Utopia, Bk 1.
