Jammeh sacks four Ministers, creates new ministry, fills vacant cabinet seats

Having confirmed our previous reports about the high profile sacking of Gambian cabinet ministers in the progressing madness of President Yahya Jammeh, we can now confirm the following:

President Yahya Jammeh takes over as Works and Infrastructure Minister, Mr. Pierre Tamba, former Ambassador to Cuba, is the new Local Government Minister; Dr. Momodou Tangara, formerly a lecturer at The Gambia College, is the new Minister of Higher Education; Yusupha Kah is the new Minister of the newly created Ministry of Economic Planning & Industry; Mr. Baboucarr H.M Jallow replaces Yusupha Kah as Trade Minister; Lamin Kaba Bajo replaces Antouman Saho as Minister of Fisheries and National Assembly Matters, former Gamcel Manager and now Permanent Secretary of Information, Alhagi Cham, is the new Minister of Information and Fatou Mass Jobe replaces Nancy Njie as Tourism Minister.
